December 7th

Today is the 66th Anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor.  I heard on the news last night that a group of sailors that had survived the attack had made a pact to share a bottle of Brandy they had been saving since the war to meet and drink it when there was just two of them left.  Today the last two of this group will share a drink and the WWII memorial.  It is sad to think how quickly our greatest generation is slipping away.  All they experienced and sacrificed.  When you think of how many died on the day and the way it happened, it just takes my breath away.  Think about them the next time you test drive a Mitsubishi.  The same company made the Zero air planes that attacked us 66 yrs ago.  How quickly forget.
